This Annandale project required a balanced approach between preserving original heritage character and executing a high-spec, modern vertical extension.

• Second-Story Addition: Complex structural integration blending new elevations with existing heritage brickwork.

• Architectural Joinery: Custom kitchen fit-out featuring a waterfall stone island and integrated minimalist cabinetry.

• Natural Light: Installation of expansive glazing and a custom timber-framed glass pivot door for courtyard access.

• Technical Tiling: Large-format stone-look tiles in wet areas with precise waterproofing and fall-to-waste execution.
