A masterclass in balancing heritage charm with ultra-modern functionality. This project involved a comprehensive redesign and extension of a classic Annandale residence, transforming it into a light-filled, dual-level family haven.

Our focus was on maximising every square metre. From the high-spec island kitchen to the seamless flow into the rear courtyard, every structural choice was made to enhance the way the client lives.

The Build

Working within the constraints of an Inner West footprint requires an organised, precision-led approach. Key features include:

Architectural Flow: A redesign that prioritises natural light, featuring a void and staircase that connects the levels without sacrificing space.
Seamless Entertaining: Integrating a sleek, high-end kitchen with the rear deck to create an indoor-outdoor sanctuary.
Smart Integration: Behind the clean lines lies a fully integrated smart-home system, including Wi-Fi-enabled controls for blinds, skylights, and climate.
Bespoke Joinery: Custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen, bedrooms, and even the bathroom niches, ensuring a finish that is both design-inspired and highly functional.
