This project centered on a structural overhaul to transform a traditional Leichhardt cottage into a high-performance modern home.

• Structural Extension: Installed recessed sliding door tracks for a flush, zero-threshold transition to the timber decking.

• Custom Joinery: Precision-fitted cabinetry spine in deep-sea blue, integrating Smeg appliances and streamlined storage.

• Kitchen Finishes: Paired industrial stainless steel benchtops with a marble-veined stone splashback and mitred edges.

• Wet Areas: Technical tile layout using large-format terrazzo and vertical subway tiles with exact grout alignment.

The result is a seamless indoor-outdoor connection that prioritizes structural integrity and sharp, custom carpentry.
