The Vision
Tucked away in the serene coastal bushland of Pearl Beach, this project was about harmonising a classic beach cottage with modern, high-end architectural design. Our client’s brief was clear: create a seamless transition between the indoor living spaces and the lush natural surroundings, while upgrading the home to a level of uncompromising quality.
The Build
At True Cut Building, we approach every project as if it were our own. This build required a meticulous focus on material selection and structural integrity to ensure the new pavilions integrated perfectly with the existing landscape.
Architectural Connectivity
We constructed custom timber walkways and expansive decking that bridge the gap between the separate living quarters, creating a cohesive flow throughout the property.
Indoor-Outdoor Synergy
Large-scale glazing and oversized sliding doors were installed to invite the outside in. The wrap-around veranda serves as a functional extension of the living room.
Refined Interiors
The internal fit-out features a minimalist, high-end aesthetic. From the crisp, white-on-white kitchen with timber accents to the custom-tiled modern bathroom, every finish was executed with an eye for perfection.
Climate & Comfort
We integrated functional elements like the freestanding wood-burning fireplace and louvred windows to ensure the home remains comfortable and energy-efficient year-round.
The Result
The Pearl Beach Sanctuary is a testament to what happens when you combine innovative building techniques with open communication. By collaborating closely with our partners and keeping the client’s lifestyle at the forefront, we delivered a home that is both a functional retreat and a design-led masterpiece.
